Nepal defeated Kyrgyzstan in a classification match in women’s volleyball at the 20th Asian Games, currently underway in Japan.
Nepal won the match at Okazaki Chuo Sogo Park Gymnasium in straight sets, 3–0.
Nepal took the first set 25–20, the second 25–16, and the third 25–20.
Nepal will now play Hong Kong for 9th–12th place. Having lost both its group-stage matches, the team is already out of medal contention.
