Nepal Covid-19 tally hits 13,564

Kathmandu, June 30

The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 13,564 as of Tuesday afternoon.

In his daily press briefing in Kathmandu, the ministry’s spokesperson Jageshwor Gautam said 316 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours. In total, 4,711 swab samples were tested in this period.

Of total cases, 3,194 people have achieved recovery whereas 29 died, according to him. In the past 24 hours, 60 people were discharged.

The disease has spread across all 77 districts of the country.

In various parts of the country, around 54,000 have been quarantined waiting to be tested.
