Kathmandu, April 11
The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 280,028 as of Sunday afternoon.
The ministry says 303 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.
In this period, 3,125 swab samples were tested. So far, 2 million and 312,901 people have been tested in the country.
As of today, 2,961 cases are active.
Of the total cases so far, 274,027 people have achieved recovery whereas 3,040 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 141 people have been discharged whereas one death was reported.
Over 80 people are quarantined across the country.
