Nepal Covid-19 tally: 141 new cases, 82 recoveries, 0 deaths in 24 hours

Kathmandu, March 29

The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 276,980 as of Monday afternoon.

The ministry says 141 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.

In this period, 3,122 swab samples were tested. So far, 2 million and 264,268 people have been tested in the country.

As of today, 1,341 cases are active.

Of the total cases so far, 272,612 people have achieved recovery whereas 3,027 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 82 people have been discharged whereas no death has been reported. 

Over 50 people are quarantined across the country.
