Kathmandu, December 1
The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 233,452 as of Tuesday afternoon.
The ministry says 1,304 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.
In this period, 8,583 swab samples were tested. So far, 1 million and 746,330 people have been tested in the country.
As of today, 16,633 cases are active.
Of the total cases so far, 216,594 people have recovered whereas 1,529 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 2,073 people have been discharged whereas 21 deaths have been reported.
Over 600 people are quarantined across the country.
