Kathmandu, March 5
The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 274,608 as of Friday afternoon.
The ministry says 120 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.
In this period, 6,143 swab samples were tested. So far, 2 million and 185,190 people have been tested in the country.
As of today, 832 cases are active.
Of the total cases so far, 270,766 people have achieved recovery whereas 3,010 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 83 people have achieved recoveries whereas no deaths have been reported.
Over 50 people are quarantined across the country.
