Kathmandu, August 6
Nagendra Sah has been appointed as the Executive Director of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC). The spokesperson of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Netra Prasad Subedi, informed that the meeting of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday appointed him as the executive director of the corporation.
Sah, a chartered accountant from Nagarain Municipality–3 in Dhanusha, was previously the officiating executive director of the corporation. He has been selected as the executive director of the corporation through an open competition. The committee formed to recommend the appointment of the corporation’s executive director had, on August 2, recommended the names of Kaushal KC from Pyuthan and Sanji Kumaar Dev from Saptari for the position.
