Kathmandu, June 6
Two women, a mother and her daughter, have reportedly committed suicide in Batasedanda on the southern outskirts of Lalitpur district.
Jani and Radhika committed suicide at their house in Mahankal Rural Municipality, according to police. Their second name has not been revealed yet.
It has been revealed that they had migrated to the village just a few months back.
DSP Raj Kumar Khiuju of Chapagaun-based Metropolitan Police Circle says further investigation is underway.
“I am just returning from the incident site. The cause of incident will be revealed after a detailed investigation.”
