Kathmandu, January 10
An Indian national died in a car accident in Bhimphedi of Makawanpur district, south of Kathmandu, on Friday. Two other Indians sustained injuries in the accident.
Police say Santosh Salwa Kumar (45) had sustained injuries when the car (Ba 1 Ya 1283) fell around 20 metres down the Hetaunda-Bhainse-Palung road at Agor this morning. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Hetaunda Hospital.
The two other injured are undergoing treatment at the same facility.
Police have arrested the car driver for further investigation.
