Panchthar, July 25
One person died and 13 others were injured in an accident near Krishna Temple in Phidim municipality-2 in Panchthar on Tuesday.
According to inspector Milan Thapa, the SUV with the registration number plate (Me 1 Ja 1941) fell some 200 meters down the road.
The driver reportedly lost control over the vehicle and it resulted in the accident. The identity of the deceased is yet to be established.
Among the injured, two women have been referred to Jhapa for further treatment, according to the District Police Office Panchthar.
