Left govt will prioritise solving Madhesh problems, says Dahal

CPN-Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal says the left alliance-led government to be formed soon will prioritise solving problems existing in the Madhesh region.

Dahal says the region needs development and prosperity; hence his government will work to promote development activities in southern plains.

Welcoming some cadres of Rastriya Janata Party Nepal, who decided to defect to the Maoist party, Dahal said, “We are trying to address the Madhesh issues.”

Dahal said all problems could be solved peacefully and within the means set up by the constitution and other laws.

The leader also reiterated that the country now would move towards prosperity through an economic revolution.

Speaking at the function, Maoist leader Prabhu Sah said the problems of Madhesh could be solved with development and prosperity.
