A landslide at Kalikhola in Ichhakamana Rural Municipality-6 in Chitwan district obstructed the Narayangadh-Muglin road again.
Earlier on Thursday night, a landslide had buried a police van and a truck at the same place, in which two police personnel were killed and two had gone missing.
Traffic had resumed along the road since Friday afternoon after security personnel cleared the landslide debris. It was obstructed once again on Saturday evening and opened this morning.
But another landslip blocked the around at around 3:15 pm today, according to Shiva Khanal of the Narayangadh-Muglin Road Project.
The landslide, however, did not inflict any loss today, according to him.
As hundreds of vehicles have stranded on both sides, police have called motorists and passengers to use alternative routes.
Meanwhile, one of two police personnel who had gone missing in the Thursday night accident has been found dead. The van carrying them and a policeman are missing, according to Santosh Panta, Chief of the District Police Office.*
