Kathmandu, January 9
One person has died and one is in a critical state after a tipper (Ba 4 Kha 6843) hit a motorbike (Ba 1 Ba 5409) in Kalanki in Kathmandu on Saturday night.
The deceased has been identified as 24-year-old Basanta Bista from Bajhang who breathed his last at Shahid Memorial Hospital in Kalanki in the course of treatment.
The pillon rider, Nikhil Bam, 26, from Chainpur, Bajhang, is in a critical state, say the police. Bam has been taken to the National Trauma Centre for further treatment.
The tipper driver has been arrested by the police.
