Kathmandu, January 4
A woman has died after she was hit by a bus while riding a motor scooter at Pingalasthan, Gaushala of Kathmandu on Monday evening.
Seriously injured in the accident yesterday, Kritika Karki (25) died during treatment at the Kathmandu Medical College in Sinamangal on Tuesday morning, according to police.
While travelling on her scooter (Bagmati Pradesh 02-021 Pa 1935), Karki, a permanent resident of the Dolakha district currently residing in Shantinagar of Kathmandu, was hit by the bus (Ba 5 Kha 1538) at around 6:15 pm on Monday.
