Kathmandu, April 30
In the Ratnapark, Tundikhel, and Durbar Marg areas of Kathmandu, a violet-coloured flower blooms yearly in the spring season.
The city also looks pleasant when you see wildflowers on the branches of the trees on the roadside.
The name of this flower which has been blooming for a long time is Jacaranda. Roadsides around Kamalpokhari, Durbar Marg, Ratnapark, Ghantaghar, Singha Durbar, Shahidgate and Tundikhel are covered with Jacaranda.
Those who pass by the roads with Jacaranda trees cannot hold themselves from clicking photos and videos with flowers as a background. The path of the road is also covered with flowers falling from the tree. Jacaranda trees are also full of birds. Here are some photographs:
