Kathmandu, May 18
Health Journalists Forum, an organisation of journalists covering health issues for mainstream Nepali media, has elected its new executive committee on Friday.
Kalpana Acharya of Health TV Online has been elected the President of the committee that comprises Saroj Dhungel of Gorkhapatra, Ram Prasad Neupane of Nepali Health Dot Com, Visa Kafle of Kantipur Saptahit and Uddhav Raj Bhetwal of Hamro Doctor Dot Com as Vice-President, General Secretary, Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
The third convention of the organisation elected Deepa Dahal of Desh Sanchar Dot Com, Riya Bhandari of News 24 Television, Reecha Aryal of Onlinekhabar, Anju Tamang of Ratopati and Yasima Mahat as members.
The new committee will lead the organisation for next two years.
