Chief at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Navin Kumar Ghimire says there is not any political interference in the anticorruption constitutional body.
Speaking at a meeting of State Affairs and Good Governance Committee in the House of Representatives on Tuesday, he maintained that the Commission would not entertain any kind of undue pressure.
Earlier, the lawmakers had asked if political leaders and top officials affected the investigation into big corruption scams.
In another context, Ghimire said the Commission would also probe the question leakage of Secondary Education Examination in Province 2 recently.
The Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police is also looking into the case.
