Kathmandu, August 5
Former lawmaker Kamal Pangeni has died of heat attack.
The current President of Nepali Congress Syangja District Committee, Pangeni breathed his last at his own home in Bayarghari of Syangja district of Gandaki province this morning, according to a family source.
Pangeni had gone to bed healthy last night. He was found unconscious in the bed today, and wash rushed to the hospital. Doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
Pangeni had represented Syangja Constituency 2 in the second Constituent Assembly in 2013.
The leader is survived by a wife, a son and a daughter.
