Endowed with unparalleled beauty, Nepal’s Far-West and Mid-West beckon visitors

Nepal’s Mid-West and Far-West dazzle with many natural and cultural attractions. But these attractions have failed to draw tourists from far and wide for want of publicity.

With the aim of shining a light on the beauty of the two regions, photojournalist Bharat Bandhu Thapa’s photo and video exhibition began on Thursday at Nepal Tourism Board, Exhibition Road.

Manghari Foundation is the organiser of the exhibition, which features pictures Thapa took in course of a decade.

Here are some of the attractions from the two regions (Beware, for you may fall in love with Nepal’s uncorrupted, all-natural Far-West and Mid-West!):
