Domestic flights that had been suspended, due to the continuous rainfall since yesterday have resumed early Sunday morning. The Tribhuvan International Airport office reported that domestic flights have resumed in areas where weather conditions are favorable.
According to the airport office, flights from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and Bhadrapur have already taken off this morning.
The office further stated that domestic flights have resumed after receiving reports that weather conditions in Pokhara and Surkhet are also suitable for air travel.
However, international flights have been operating regularly since last evening.
