Kavre, June 15
Passengers and vehicles have been stranded along the BP Highway following landslides and flooding since Friday morning.
Vehicular movement was obstructed since 5:00 am on Friday after a landslip in Kavre.
Murky water in the Khahare River after a heavy rainfall caused landslip at Kaldhunga in Roshi Rural Municipality in Kavre district, obstructing the Highway.
Police have been trying to remove the debris and resume traffic along the road section.
According to Mangaltar Area Police Office, they have already informed the Road Division Office about the incident.
Likewise, a team of police from the APO has reached the incident site.
