Kathmandu, March 31
A man died in a road accident in Suryabinayak municipality-9 of the Bhaktapur district, the eastern side of the Kathmandu valley, on Friday morning.
The victim has been identified as Nishchal Mahat (24), a resident of Mahatgaun, Suryabinayak-9, according to the police.
Mahat’s motorbike (Province 3-02-010 Pa 6890) crashed after the rider lost control of it at Palanse Chok along the East-West Highway at 8:54 am today, informs DSP Basanta Pathak, the spokesperson of the District Police Range.
He was rushed to the Suryabinak City Hospital after the road accident, which referred the case to the Madhyapur Hospital. But he died in the course of treatment there, according to the police.
