Well, Vivo Y21 is not exactly one of the best smartphones under Rs 30,000 in Nepal, but it is the best Vivo smartphone in this price range. Vivo Y21 comes with 6.51 inches of IPS LCD display with a maximum resolution of 720*1,600 pixels. The phone has a good design and has a thickness of only 8mm and weighs only 182 grams making it one of the slimmest and lightest smartphones in this category.

The phone only features a dual-camera setup. The main 13MP camera is housed together with a 2MP macro camera. On the front, there is an 8MP camera. Both cameras on the front and back can only record videos in 1080p resolution at 30fps.

The best of the best smartphones for under Rs 30000 in Nepal in 2021 is Redmi Note 10 Pro. It has absolutely everything to be the best of the best smartphones in this price category. It has a better processor, larger resolution cameras, higher refresh rate display and is more durable.

Redmi Note 10 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum resolution of 1,080*2,400 pixels. This is the only phone on the list that has a glass back. The glass on the front and back of the phone has Gorilla Glass 5 protection. To further ensure durability, the phone is also IP53 dust and splash protection certified. It also has a 240Hz touch sampling rate and can reach a peak brightness of up to 1,200 nits. The 8.1mm thin phone has a weight of around 193 grams.

In terms of value for money, they could probably have been the best smartphones. With pricing over just Rs 20,000, they offer much more than the smartphones on the list for below Rs 20,000.
