Kathmandu, October 28
The District Police Range, Kathmandu, conducted a sweep operation and arrested 92 individuals within a 24-hour period.
SP Dan Bahadur Thapa, spokesperson for the Range, stated that the 92 individuals were arrested from various locations across Kathmandu. Those arrested include 84 men and 8 women.
The police stated that this action was taken against individuals with criminal backgrounds or those engaging in unruly behaviour. The operation was part of efforts to prevent and control crime and to maintain peace and order in society.
