VTEN and Sacar light up London at NepHop Night 2083

Kathmandu, April 17

A grand showcase of Nepali hip-hop music was held in London on the occasion of the Nepali New Year 2083. Organised at Earth Hackney Hall in Dalston, Hackney, the event titled ‘NepHop Night 2083’ energised the audience with vibrant Nepali rap performances.

The event, organised by Milanoir Events, featured renowned rappers Sameer Ghising (VTEN) and Sacar (Lil Buddha) performing together on the same stage. According to the organisers, the program, prepared over nearly three months, drew an audience of over one thousand attendees.

The show opened with performances by TRY-GAR and BOKA-G.

The event ran from 7 PM to midnight. VTEN performed some of his popular songs, including “Simsime Pani,” “Drug Addict,” “Halkhabar,” “Hami Yestai Ta Ho Ni Bro,” and “Churot.” Meanwhile, Sacar captivated the crowd with hits like “No Peace in Love” and “Suru Garau Kabja Ani Aaucha Maja,” accompanied by DJ Evilive.

The audience grew even more excited during the duo’s joint performance of “La La La..” Local groups ‘Offline’ and ‘Pani Puri’ also delivered lively performances, adding to the atmosphere.

Lubika Rimal, director of Milanoir Events Limited, expressed gratitude to everyone for making their first event a success and shared plans to organise more programs in the upcoming summer. The event was hosted by Sydney Gurung.

Meanwhile, to celebrate VTEN reaching 3 million subscribers on its official YouTube channel, Milanoir Events organised a special celebration around the Tower Bridge area. VTEN expressed his gratitude to his fans and listeners.
