The Embassy of Nepal in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has urged Nepali citizens residing in the UAE to avoid unnecessary travel.
Taking into consideration the evolving situation in the Middle East region, the Embassy has requested Nepali nationals to refrain from non-essential travel and to exercise heightened caution.
In a statement issued by the Embassy, all Nepali citizens have been requested to follow the security guidelines and notices issued by the UAE government as well as by the Nepali Embassy and Consulate General.
The statement advises citizens to remain alert and cautious to avoid potential risks arising from the current situation in the Middle East.
The Embassy has particularly urged people to minimise movement, avoid crowded places, and rely only on information from official sources.
According to the Embassy, arrangements have been made for Nepali nationals to contact the Embassy of Nepal in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of Nepal in Dubai for emergency information, advice, and assistance.
The Embassy has also made public emergency contact phone numbers and email addresses.

Similarly, the phone/WhatsApp number of the Consulate General of Nepal in Dubai is +971 50 3949304.
