The fixture schedule for the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket tournament has been made public. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) released the schedule on Monday.
According to the schedule, the second edition of the NPL will begin on November 17, with some matches to be played under floodlights at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.
The opening match will feature the defending champions Janakpur Bolts taking on Kathmandu Gorkhas, starting at 4 pm.
As per the schedule, 19 league-stage matches, along with three playoff matches and the final, will be played under floodlights.
The construction of a parapet with a capacity of 10,000 spectators at the TU Cricket Ground has already been completed, and the installation of floodlights is in its final phase.
