Kathmandu, March 28
Indian Foreign Ministry Secretary Vijay Keshav Gokhale arrived in Kathmandu for his two-day official visit on Thursday morning.
Gokhale, who met his Nepali counterpart Shanker Das Bairagi at Hotel Annapurna for bilateral talks, is expected to call on Prime Minister Oli and Foreign Minister Pradeep Gyawalu later in the day.
Sources say that the bilateral meeting focussed on the status of India-funded ongoing projects in Nepal, including cross-border railways, inland waterways, and post-earthquake reconstruction.
The Indian official leaves on Friday.
