Sacked Executive Director of Nepal Oil Corporation, Gopal Bahadur Khadka, has moved the Supreme Court, demanding that the government decision to sack him be stayed.
Khadka in the writ petition has claimed that he was appointed for four years and he still had around one year and four months to complete the term.
He has also said that all legal requirements were met in the controversial land purchase deal.
Likewise, Khadka has said he has not received the letter of his sacking yet. Likewise, he was not provided with an opportunity to furnish clarifications, he complained, demanding reinstatement.
A source at the Court informs that hearing will begin after Dashain vacation only as the festive at the Court will begin tomorrow.
