Kathmandu, July 26
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Wednesday added 19 ministers to his Cabinet incorporating leaders from four parties.
The newly appointed ministers took the oath of office and secrecy from President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the Sheetal Niwas today.
Ten leaders from Nepali Congress, six from CPN-Maoist Centre, two from Nepal Democratic Forum and one from CPN-United were sworn-in as ministers today.

- Bir Bahadur Balayar, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport
- Bhimsen Das Pradhan, Minister for Defence
- Min Bahadur Bishwakarma, Minister for Commerce
- Mohan Bahadur Basnet, Minister for Information and Communications
- Rajendra Kumar (Rajan) KC, Minister for Youth and Sports
- Ram Krishna Yadav, Minister for Agricutltural Development
- Sanjay Gautam, Minister for Irrigation
- Ambika Basnet, Minister for Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation
- Mahendra Yadav, Minister for Water Supply and Sanitation
- Yagya Bahadur Thapa, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs
CPN-Maoist Centre (6)
- Giriraj Mani Pokharel, Minister for Health
- Mahendra Bahadur Shahi, Minister for Energy
- Aasha Koirala, Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare
- Santa Kumar Chaudhary, Minister for Livestock Development
- Tek Bahadur Basnet, Minister for General Administration
- Shiva Kumar Mandal, Minister for Supplies
Nepal Democratic Forum (2)
- Jitendra Narayan Dev, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation

With the expansion, the Cabinet now has 27 members including the Prime Minister and three deputy prime ministers.
