Kathmandu, February 15
Nepal Creative Writer’s Society has published Rajendra Khanal’s collection of poems, ‘Chords of Romance’.
The book is a translation of Mrignayani, a collection of Nepali penned by Khanal 22 years ago. It was translated by Mahesh Paudyal.
Khanal said, “I am grateful to everyone who has been a part of this book, especially Mahesh Paudyal. I wrote Mrignayani 22 years ago and I wrote it from my own perspective. But as I kept on writing, I started to write from the perspective of other people and that is what Chords of Romance is all about.”
The book is a collection 45 poems and is targetted at young and international readers. The book is available at all major bookshops in Nepal.
