Yog Raj Dhakal has been arrested after the Supreme Court decided to revoke the government’s decision to pardon him.
SP Subash Bohara of District Police Office, Banke, told Onlinekhabar that Dhakal has been arrested.
The police promptly acted to arrest Regal per the court’s directive.
Dhakal had been released on October 19 after being granted the remaining clemency.
