Kathmandu, October 4
Westerly winds are partially affecting various areas in the Karnali and Sudurpashchim Provinces, as well as the western parts of the Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces. Meanwhile, the monsoon winds are also making their presence felt across all regions of Koshi, Madhesh, and Bagmati Provinces, along with the remaining areas of Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces.\
According to the meteorological forecasting division, the Himalayan and hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces are expected to have generally overcast skies today. In contrast, the Himalayan and hilly areas of Karnali and Sudurpashchim Provinces are likely to see partly cloudy conditions.
The Terai regions throughout the country are expected to remain partly cloudy as well. Moderate rainfall or even some snowfall is anticipated in certain spots within the Himalayan and hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces, with isolated showers also possible in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Karnali and Sudurpashchim Provinces.
Light precipitation is on the horizon for some isolated locations in the Terai regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces.
