Kathmandu, May 15
The CPN-UML is leading in most municipalities of Kathmandu district as vote counting continues at a snail’s pace.
Of 11 municipalities in Kathmandu district, the party is leading in Shankarapur, Budhanilakantha, Nagarjun, Kirtipur, Dakshinkali and Tokha.
The Nepali Congress is leading in Kageshwori Manahara, Chandragiri and Gokarneshwor.
The two parties are having a tough competition in Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Results of Tarakeshwor Municipality are not known yet.
