Kathmandu, November 2
Two matches are scheduled for Monday under the Nepal Premier League (NPL).
At the TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, Kathmandu Gorkhas will face Karnali Yaks in the first match, while Sudurpaschim Royals will take on Chitwan Rhinos in the second.
The first match will begin at 12:30 pm and the second at 5 pm.
Kathmandu, currently at the bottom of the points table, will be looking for their first win in the tournament. They lost their opening match to Janakpur Bolts.
Meanwhile, table-toppers Karnali Yaks will aim to secure their third consecutive victory and strengthen their position at the top. Karnali have won both their previous matches, defeating Janakpur Bolts and Biratnagar Kings.
Monday’s match is also crucial for Sudurpaschim Royals, who have won one and lost two of their three matches so far.
Chitwan Rhinos, on the other hand, remain unbeaten in the tournament. They won their opening match, while their second match was abandoned due to rain, resulting in the teams sharing the points.
