Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli returned home after completing his weeklong visit to China, on Sunday. Talking to journalists at the Tribhuvan International Airport, PM Oli described his visit as successful. He said the transit and transport agreement reached with China has made way for Nepal’s economic development. It is a new step meant for Nepal’s economic development, he said.

He said Nepal’s relations with India and China are beyond comparison. Oli said his government has a policy to have cordial relations with both the neighbours.

“Both the countries are equal for Nepal. Our policy is to have cordial relations with them,” he said, adding that Nepal’s ties with the neighbours are not comparable.
