A man died in a clash during a Teej celebration event in the Birendranagar municipality-10 of the Surkhet district in Karnali on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Roshan GC (21), a resident of Bamekhola, Birendranagar-10, DSP Suraj Karki, the spokesperson of the District Police Office.
Seriously injured in the clash, GC was rushed to the Karnali Provincial Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Police say they have launched a manhunt to search for the people involved in the case. “Further investigation is underway,” says DSP Karki.
