The price of silver set a new record on Wednesday. The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association has fixed the price of silver at Rs 4,935 per tola for the day.
Compared to the previous day, silver has increased by Rs 55. On the previous day, silver was traded at Rs 4,880 per tola. Earlier, on Poush 14, silver had recorded a then all-time high of Rs 4,895 per tola.
Meanwhile, gold prices declined slightly on Wednesday. According to the Federation, the price of gold decreased by Rs 400 per tola. The price of gold has been fixed at Rs 267,700 per tola for the day.
On the previous day, gold was traded at Rs 268,100 per tola. Gold had recorded its highest-ever price on Poush 13, when it was traded at Rs 270,600 per tola.
