Kathmandu, February 19
On Thursday, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) released its election pledge document for the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5. The party unveiled its manifesto during an election rally held in Surkhet, the capital of Karnali Province.
Party President Rabi Lamichhane, senior leader Balen Shah, Vice President Dol Prasad Aryal, and Dr Swarnim Wagle jointly made the pledge document public at the rally.
RSP claims that its manifesto gives special priority to the middle class.
