Kathmandu, August 26
A total of 88 people affected by the floods in Rasuwa have been rescued by air.
The Nepal Army Headquarters said 88 people have been rescued by helicopter from various flood-affected areas. The figure is as of 3:55 pm. As rescue operations are ongoing, the number is expected to increase.
All security agencies have been mobilised for the rescue efforts. Rescue operations are being carried out using helicopters operated by the Nepal Army and private companies.
