Butwal, December 6
Two persons died in a road accident in the Pyuthan district of Lumbini on Monday.
The victims have been identified as Amrit Thapa (35), a resident of Ghurchane, Pyuthan municipality-3, and his four-year-old son, who were travelling on an autorickshaw (Ra 1 Ha 5707) during the accident.
A tipper (Na 8 Kha 3903) heading towards Bijuwar from Chakchake had hit the autorickshaw they were travelling on, on the Chakchake-Cherneta road section, killing them on the spot.
Four other people, also travelling on the same autorickshaw, have been injured. Police say they are undergoing treatment at the District Hospital located in Bijuwar.
