Lamahi, December 23
Province 5 police heaquarters has formed a committee to investigate into a bus accident in Dang on Friday evening which killed at least 23 people.
This comes two days after 23 people died in a bus accident involving the teachers and students of Krishna Sen Icchuk Polytechnic Institute in Ramri, Tulsipur-3.
According to local officials, the four-member team will be led by SSP Nar Bahadur Khatri. Other members of the committee are: SP Ganesh Chand and DSP Pushpa Malla of Provincial Police Office, DSP Prem Bahadur Shahi of Area Police Office, Tulsipur and Inspector Madan Bahadur Kunwar from District Traffic Police Office.
The committee has been assigned to investigate the ase and report to the Provincial Police headquarters.
