Province 5 Public Service Commission’s newly elected chair Dilaram Bhattarai took his oath of office and secrecy on Tuesday in accordance with the Provincial PSC Act. High Court Tulsipur main judge Ramesh Pokhrel administered the oath, which was witnessed by Governor Umakanta Jha.
Province 5 Chief Minister Shankar Pokhrel, Speaker Purna Bahadur Gharti, ministers, chief secretary, and other secretaries were present on the occasion. The new chair assumed office today itself.
