Nepal Covid-19 tally: 2,111 new cases, 3,537 recoveries, 13 deaths in 24 hours

Kathmandu, November 13

The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 206,353 as of Friday afternoon.

The ministry says 2,111 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.

In this period, 9,533 swab samples were tested. So far, 1 million and 593,850 people have been tested in the country.

As of today, 37,022 cases are active currently.

Of the total cases so far, 168,129 people have achieved recovery whereas 1,202 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 3,537 people have been discharged whereas 13 deaths have been reported. Nepal’s current recovery rate is around 81.5 per cent.

Over 900 people are quarantined across the country.
