Nepal Covid-19 tally: 134 new cases, 118 recoveries, no deaths in 24 hours

Kathmandu, February 10

The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 272,349 as of Wednesday afternoon.

The ministry says 134 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours. 65 cases were reported in the Valley.

In this period, 3,567 swab samples were tested. So far, 2 million and 104,626 people have been tested in the country.

As of today, 1,753 cases are active.

Of the total cases so far, 268,549 people have achieved recovery whereas 2,047 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 118 people have been recovered whereas no deaths have been reported. 

Over 50 people are quarantined across the country.
