Dhangadhi, January 18
A man has died after falling off a wooden bridge over the Godawari river in Kailali in Sudurpaschim on Monday.
The victim has been identified as Rupraj Bhat (39), a resident of the Achham district. It has been identified that Bhat fell off the bridge while capturing a photograph.
Seriously injured in the accident on Monday evening, he died during treatment at the Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi, informs DSP Bed Prakash Joshi, the spokesperson of the District Police Office.
DSP Joshi says further investigation is underway. The body has been kept at the same hospital for post-mortem.
