Dhangadhi, March 14
An 18-month-old infant died in a tractor hit in the Kailali district of Sudurpaschim on Monday evening.
The vehicle (Sudurpaschim Province 01-002-Ta 6484) hit Harish Ansari, the son of Tanbir Ansari, at Block 7 in Tikapur municipality-1 of the district, informs the Sudurpaschim Provincial Traffic Police Office.
The vehicle driven by Parshuram Chaudhary, a resident of Tikapur municipality-1, hit and injured the child. He was then rushed to the Tikapur Hospital, where he died during treatment.
The law enforcers have arrested the truck driver for further investigation and action.
