Nepal women’s cricket team captain Indu Barma has become the first Nepali woman cricketer to score 1,000 runs in T20 International cricket.
Indu reached the milestone during Nepal’s victory against Malaysia on Tuesday, where she remained unbeaten on 48 runs.
She has scored her runs at an average of 18 and has hit one half-century so far, with her highest individual score being 55 runs.
