The front has H-shaped LED DRLs and a pointed aggressive headlight with projector headlamps for a high beam throw of light. The indicators are also LED which are situated just above the DRLs.

From the sides, the Hero Xtreme 125R has a naked sports bike-type look with an exposed frame in some parts. The tank is muscular and aggressive with different shades of colour. The exhaust is different from the 160R and has an aggressive sound.

The rear continues the LED setup with the H-shaped taillight and indicators. The split grab rails are also sporty. The seats are also split with the rider’s seat positioned a bit lower than the pillion. The foot pegs for the riders are a bit far which gives a sporty look while riding.

The Xtreme 125R has a fully digital instrument cluster that is packed with information. It displays speedo, odo, trip meter, fuel gauge, side stand indicator, ABS indicator, time and gear position indicator.
