Kathmandu, May 17
The National Examination Board on Wednesday rescheduled final examinations of Grade XI owing to the second phase of local level elections scheduled for June 14.
The previous schedule had it that the exams would begin on June 15. But now, the exams would start on June 22 and last till July 2, according to the Board.
At first, the exams had been scheduled for May 7-17, but had been deferred after the government announced the first phase of polls on May 14. The NEB was forced to revise the schedule for the second time after the government decided to hold the elections in two phases.
